Za sve koji misle da je moja prehrana siromašna, voljela bih podijeliti sljedeće s vama - prehranu Zuzane, a svi znamo kako ona izgleda....

Here is my Food Journal from Monday:

8.00am  - Toast and honey, apple.

I woke up around 7.30 but didn’t feel hungry until 8.00am. I felt light and energized after my breakfast. It was just enough food to fill me up and leave me satisfied.

10.30am – Yogurt with raspberries, 1/2 cup of oats, almond milk, and 1 tsp of chia seeds.

I felt a little bit hungry before this meal, but a little too full after I ate, because I ate too fast. The yogurt with raspberries would have been probably enough.

1:30pm –  Garden salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and onions. Home made veggie burger on a whole wheat bun with cheese and veggies.

I ate the salad first, and then after I ate about 1/2 of the veggie burger. That was enough and I felt full. It was so good that I wanted to eat the whole thing, but I knew that I was already completely full and if I kept going I would feel really bloated and heavy. I still thought about it tho :)

4.30pm – Banana and grapes.

I got a little bit hungry so I had this perfect snack.

5.00pm – Cravings setting in. I went to the fridge and took a long look in. I decided on an apple. Then I went to my secret stash and had a caramel bonbon :)

7.30pm – Pasta with tomato sauce, veggies and cheese.

I felt a little bit hungry before I ate my dinner. I put a small portion on my plate and took time with it. Taking the extra time helped me to realize when I was getting to the point of being full. It was really good but I felt satisfied and I didn’t think about going back for more.

10.00pm – Crackers
