ime teme sve govori! redovito trcim i radim jos neke vjezbe ali u manjoj kolicini. dali trebam dizati utege ili postoje jos neke vjezbe.

jedan od ucinkovitih nacina je ucestalo preskakanje konopa,sa mienjanjem ritma,npr ukoliko slusate energicnu muziku poput metallice mozete slusat pjesmu st. anger koja traje cc 7-8 min,i kako tempo pjesme se mijenja mijenjajte i vi tempo preskakanja konopa,ucinkovito je,nakon mjesec dana vjezbanja ramena postaju izrazenija,zategnu se trbusni,topi se salo....

jesi ga kada preskakao ??????.....vjeruj mi da moze.... probaj ga malo duze preskakati, ali lagano rasiri ruke dok ga preskaces...pa ces vidjeti sto bole ruke nekon nekog vremena...
