Ma sta ce mi da mi padne ispod 40.. znam sa š5 god sam dosegao biceps 40 i takva radost bila.. i sad da padne.. meni glavno da je ruka jaka.. a polako nek dolazi defka..

Al ne kontaš da recimo definiranih 38 izgleda vece nego zalivenih 42?

 A cemo vidjet.. ne vjerujem da ce padat ispod 40.. ne vjerujem ja da cu  se uspjet nesto izdefinirat, samo malcice da se bolje vidi misic, i ja zadovoljan.. neda se meni stalno bit na dijeti, kad bez UH postajem nervozan..

  molio bi preporuku za 4 vježbe za biceps, koje su po vama najdjelotvornije za rast, koliko ponavljanja i sl?

Hocu malo izmjenit program i isprobat nešt drugo....

Veslanja

Zajebi izolacije, ne treba ti to sad. Koncentriraj se na složene pokrete i bit ceš velik i jak.
