Ma sta ce mi da mi padne ispod 40.. znam sa š5 god sam dosegao biceps 40 i takva radost bila.. i sad da padne.. meni glavno da je ruka jaka.. a polako nek dolazi defka.. |

A cemo vidjet.. ne vjerujem da ce padat ispod 40.. ne vjerujem ja da cu se uspjet nesto izdefinirat, samo malcice da se bolje vidi misic, i ja zadovoljan.. neda se meni stalno bit na dijeti, kad bez UH postajem nervozan..
