Pogledaj na google-u pojam cijepanje rokovnika i savijanje eksera, pokusaj na engleskom traziti :) 
   
  Naravno, nisu to vjezbe vec 'mjerilo' snage podlaktice ;)  |

hmm imam problemcic . vjezbam podlakticu sa gumenom lopticom i onim "kljestima" griperima . vjezbam dok ne osjecam neugodan umor u misicima(stiscem do granice kod koje jedva ispruzim prste) , i tako negdje 3-4 puta . eh sad do sada nisam osjecao upalu pa neznam dali dovoljno vjezbam ili vjezbam na krivi nacin.
