Sjednem,skupim koljena,ispruzim ruku na koljena tako da ona bude pod kutom&nbsp;oko prilike 90 stupnjeva,tada uzmem bucicu u ruku i s bucicom idem gore dolje ali da se samo da se pokrece zglob izmedju podlaktice i sake. probao sam objasniti koliko sam mogao ]]>

Nemoj se s tim opterecivati samo ti treniraj i ako si zdrav i nemas problema sa srcem nista ti se nece dogoditi.]]>
