Na dijeti sam vec pola godine:
Skinula sam 2-3 kilograma i opet ih vratila. Ne pijem alkohol, ne jedem bijelu rizu,pastu, kolace, kruh. Ne pijem sokove osim kave sa sojom, vode i caja. Jutro: zob, cijela zitarica sa sojom, jabuke, zlica maslaca od kikirikija ili jaja bez zumanjca ili zrnati sir (3-4 komada voca) ananas, Meduobrok, povrce ili voce, ili malo orasastih plodova Rucak: jedem samo losos i piletinu, orzo, leca, tikvice, kupus, blitva, brokula, salata, balancane, svo povrce) Slicno tako za meduobrok i veceru, ne poslje 9 sati na vecer! Pjesacim svako jutro sat i 20 minuta na posao. Sto napraviti? |
