Gle, možeš npr. uzimati whey, ali i ne moraš, bolje bi bilo
da napuniš frižider posnim, jajima, piletinom itd.

Dodaci prehrani ti nisu neophodni, možeš slobodno i bez
njih Jedino možeš uzimati vitamine, imaš vit c u dm-u,

Imam 20 god, š93 cm i š05 kg. Od prošlog tjedna sam poceo vježbati, 3 puta tjedno. Za sada mi je najvažnije smršaviti, riješiti se trbuha i sisa. Trenera sam pitao bi li trebao uzimati što od dodataka prehranu i on mi je rekao da ne trebam za sada.
Malo citam pa vidim da svi spominju te dodatke prehrani. Bi li, što i kada trebao uzimati? |
