Od prošlog tjedna sam poceo vježbati, 3 puta tjedno. Za sada mi je najvažnije smršaviti, riješiti se trbuha i sisa. Trenera sam pitao bi li trebao uzimati što od dodataka prehranu i on mi je rekao da ne trebam za sada.<br>Malo citam pa vidim da svi spominju te dodatke prehrani. Bi li, što i kada trebao uzimati?<br><br>]]>
