super gle, ne mora izbacivat kruh potpuno, ne znam ta se svi boje tog kruha Bilo bi ti dobro recimo par dana jest povrce za rucak sa nekim izvorom proteina i onda dan dva opalit po rii ili malo krumpira...ili tako neto..malo ciklirat da ti se metabolizam ne uspori jer si onda opet nigdje! Pusti sad pwm....nije ba da se ne moe bez njega ;) Samo si lijepo osiguraj da nakon treninga pojede neto hranjivo to bre, neki normalan obrok od ugljikohidrata i proteina..to ce bit dovoljno, o sitnicama ce kasnije razmiljat, samo vjebaj i mudro jedi |

planiram uvest 30min
trcanja ujutro prije skole...pa sam cuo da je vrlo dobro popit zeleni caj prije trcanja...jeli to stvarno tako i koji caj bi se mogo pit jer sam procito da postoje zeleni,crni,bijeli,zuti....? hvala |

Svi su dobri samo se razlikuju u sastavu, zeleni sadrzi polifenole, crni tanine, ali svi su dobri ! Usput, ne preporucuje se trcanje nataste, jer je to ogroman katabolizam.. Radije biciklo ili brza setnja ! |

u tjedan dana izgubio 2kg
......vjezbam jako puno,poceo sam s p90x ....i jedem vise nego prije(ne izgladnjujem se,jedem 5 obroka),ali izgleda sve se uspijeva potrosit ![]() ![]() ![]() ..jos jednom hvala svima na savjetima i zelim vam puno srece u vasim pothvatima xD...istina je sta govore da se postaje ovisan o p90x i insanity |

evo nakon nekog vremene javljam da je pala i 4 kila
![]() ![]() ...mogu rec da sam se poceo privikavat na djetalnu hranu...a vjezbanje mi uslo u naviku jednostavno moram napravit svaki dan...picim punom parom sa svojih 06 kila i nadam se do ljeta da budem ispod troznamenkaste brojke ... |

evo da stavim i primjer jednog dnevnog jelovnika:
Dorucak(7h):3-4dc mlijeka s zitaricama
2. meduobrok(5):50g posnog sira pomijesano s paprikom

haha ma nije al da malo okusa..sto se tice posnih sireva uvijek kupujem od drugog proizvodaca jer ako kupujem isti se zasitim okusom pa mi se povraca,al ovako imaju drugaciji okus pa je fino,a cokoladu cu izbacivat od sad

cito sam malo i nalazio da je cokolada zdrava i to vrlo ,naravno ako se jede malo..poboljsava zile i srce,a poslije treninga sluzi kao hrana za misice...sad ako se zna tajmirat i odredit kolicine onda sama cokolada i nije tako losa...a i fina je ![]() .Edited by TopForm |

e da ,jos nesto...dali netko ima neku knjigu u pdf-u da je voljan postat link...zanima me sve o misicima i utjecaju treninga i prehrane njih,cuo sam za muscle confusion
iako neznam sta je to...pa ako ima neko da je na hrv puno hvala |
