ma kakvi...imala sam puno faza u životu i listovi su uvijek bili jaki..naravno da bi smanjenjem kilograma se i oni smanjili ali nikad oni nece izgledati onako izduženo i vretenasto..imam jake i zglobove..ma cijele noge su mi jace..takve sam konstitucije |

Ja imam prirodno jake noge- i kod mene i kod brace su noge daleko najjaci dio tijela...
I kad sam bio najmrsaviji, noge su mi bile kao odvaljene od brda... Ocito genetske predispozicije. Ali ipak ne zanemarujem ih nikada- pogotovo cucnjeve forsiram, jer su kvadricepsi najbolji potrosaci energije+ drze koljena u pravilnom polozaju. A za listove je meni odlicna vjezba propinjanje na prste sa opterecenjem+ preskakanje uzeta. |

ja ono podizanje na listove nevolin,ona sprava mi uvik razdere ledja,pa radin na leg pressu to. je i da leggpress masina nije nesto.neka stara verzija ovako izgleda,al ok sta je tu je |
