 Ako imas sportske listove, to je do genetike i tesko da ces nesto uspjet napravit s tim, jedino ako imas viska kilograma pa ti se nesto sala natalozilo u predjelu listova onda eventualno moze pomoc promjena prehrane i crobni treninzi koji ne ukljucuju previse listove kao naprimjer plivanje.  |

    A ono nije baš da nema pomoci, mislim najviše si genetski predodređen za listove. Evo baš sam jucer probao pogodit listove na neki ludi nacin i bome danas ono što bi se mogla nazvati fina upala

 De svega ti reci šta si radio. Ja sam se ožucio od listova, nema kako nisam probao, i ne ide, od položaja stopala, težina, ponavljanja, serija, zadržavanja u gornjem položaju, niš. Osjetim 5min poslije treninga da sam ih radio, i nakon toga, zbogom.  |

 Vjerojatno ih ne odradiš dovoljno kvalitetno  Probaj sa super setovima i drop setovima, npr. na stojecem potisku s jednom kilažom kolko god ide al pazi da nije velik br pon jer listovi najbolje reagiraju na visok intenzitet i mali br pon (dobro soleus ipak podnosi nešto više pon al o tom potom). Zatim spustiš kilažu i opet udri po istom broju pon. Zatim prijeđeš na sjedeci potisak i to isto napraviš, naravno ak imaš želuca  Broj serija koliko želiš   |

    ja u samo 3 serije uvik pogodin listove bolje nego ista i dan kasnije ih osjecan, a isto mi nisu nesto,bar mislin da nisu
