te, preko 75% kakaa cca su dobre ali nije mi jasno pitanje s cokoladom, tj kako je vezano s time jeli zdravo sve jesti po malo

Pa neki zbog mrsavljenja ne jedu cokoladu,kekse, pomfri, hamburger.. A nebi se trebali toga odricat jer i uz to se moze mrsavit, a djeluje pozitivno na nas nervni sustav..

ma može se mršavit (i nije sve u mršavljenju) al nikakve koristi od takve hrane....a mogu se puno puno bolje pozitive nac za nervni sustav ovo ti djeluje pozitivno dok ne pojedeš pa si opet na istome |

Jasno, između ostalog junk day kao i refeeding day djeluju jako dobro na organizam i neophodni su. |

Kako sto pojesti? nakon plivanja pojedi proteine i kompleksne ugljikohidrate.. isto tako mozes i sat vremena prije plivanja..
