citao sam na netu da je grejp dobro jesti sa svakim obrokom
ako se želi više smršaviti, dok neki kažu da nije dobro
voce jest s obrokom nego 2 sata nakon obroka ili sat
vremena prije pa me sad zanima šta vi mislite o tome kada
bi trebalo jest grejp? nadam se da ce te mi pomoci jer
moram smršavit do ljeta puno sam se udebljo i hvala.

Sredio sam i prehranu i trening i naporno radim ali mislim
još ubacit nešta poput grejpa da bi to malo brže išlo pa
sad kad bi bilo najbolje?

 Baš mi je frendica neki dan pricala kako joj je jedna kolegica jela grejp, i dobro smršavila, u 3 mjeseca. ali naravno, uz tjelovježbu, i nešto bolju prehranu (tj nije pretjerivala kao prije)
jela je pola grejpa pola sata prije svakog obroka. eto toliko znam o tome.
