Da znam,a jel mogu npr bit nisko s ugljikohidratima(jesti ujutro i poslje treninga) i većinu jest proteine i masti? Dali bi tako mogao dobivat na masi i gubit salo? :)

U 2tjedna sigurno neces skinut salo.. mrsavljenje je dugotrajan proces kao i dobivanje misicne mase.. samo nastavi i to je to..

a tesko je jesti clean.. opcenito je ovo skup sport..gledaj da unosis sto vise kvalitetnih ugljikohidrata (riza, pasta, zobene, integralni kruh) i dovoljno proteina (posni sir, whey, JAJA).. i onda pratis tijelo, ako vidis da se previse mastis, malo smanjis uh.. probavaj..

Znam to i to upravo zelim pitata...kako uz prehranu u domu dobivat istovremeno na.masi a da nedobivam salo...kupio sam platinum mass,a mislio sam za večeru orahe i posni ? I sad zelim skinut ovo salo a strah me da ne izgubim i ovo malo mišića sto sam dobio -.-

bolje ti je i da kroz godinu dana dobis kvalitetnih 3,4 kg s sto manje masti, nego ovako extremno dizat tezinu... nitko nije rekao da se misicna masa dobiva lagano i brzo (na prirodan nacin)...

To mi je teško za reć jer sam u učeničkom domu pa jedem što mi daju,ali dok nisam krenuo u teretanu sam za veceru jeo posni,a kad sam krenuo sam ubacio večeru..to je trajalo tri mjeseca,mršqv sam bio ali na masi se nije vidio nikakav pomak,onda sam za praznike uzeo platinum mass i ubacio još jedan obrok od zobenih,ili riže smeđe..onda sam bio doma i jeo sam zdravije i više ali sam se udebljao -.-

A nisam...jeo sam oko 2000kcal (172cm 62 kg)..prije godinu dana sam smrsavio 20 kg krenuo u teretanu,ako jedem manje sve je ok cim malo povecam kalorije radi mase odmah se sve primjeti u dobijem na salu -.- pa zato pitam dali da smanjim uh i povecam masi i proteine

Imama pitanje,znači endomorf sam idem u teretanu i zanima me ako zelim misicnu masu da povecam kalorije sa mastima i proteinima ili da stalno budem u malom deficitu? Hvala
