evo ti Hrvoje...kada se vec trudiš...ovo da ti malo pri pomogne,što se tice brojanju kalorija...broju Proteina UHa masti itd...sve racunaj sirovo...nemoj ne znam...ispeci krumpire i onda mjeriti...ne nego sirovo...kasnije ce ti to postati rutina ...imati ceš broj u glavi...samo naprijed svaka cast..na promjeni velika podrška od mene :) |

Super Hrvoje, samo polako ![]() edit - wrong, 123 kg si imao na pocetku 4.mj.? Onda je 8 kg :)) Kako jedeš sad? I samo da dodam što se krumpira tice, sa kuhanim se ne moraš toliko zamarat, ostaje iste težine nakon kuhanja :) Riža je zeznutija tu jer kupi vodu....tako da je nju bolje vagat sirovu da ne nagadjaš.
