Da li da poslije jutarnjeg trcanja(na prazan želudac,trajanje oko 1h) uzimam whey+glukoza+voda ili samo whey bez glukoze?

Do sad sam uzimao ovu prvu opciju ali sam na nekom forumu procitao da ne treba poslije trcanje uzimati glukozu nego whey sam pa sad nisam siguran što je ispravno.

pa nakon nekog hiita koji je intenzivan moze whey i glukoza,al ako je vec jutarnji kardio i to na prazan zeludac zasto nebi whey i zobene poslin tog trcanja.a i nemoj trcat toliko na prazan zeludac

kaj je na kraju ispravno - popit whey nakon vecernje aerobne aktivnosti (zumba ili ples) ili ne? treba bit neka vecera, to znam. možda bolje posni ili kazein?

pa najbolje bi bilo nesto mesan i kompleksnih UH a prije spavanja kazein i malo masti,moze riblje ulje
