Ako ti se tako sve uklapa u kcal unos, onda je dovoljno :)

Ako imaš niski unos uh-a, da li povisiš masti taj dan?

Sigurno je iznad 100 svaki dan i vise od proteina obavezno a masti su mi oko 30 grama najcesce, ne znam jel to dovoljno. Probala sam ono da imam mali unos uh 2 puta tjedno ali mi ne odgovara to, vise volim jesti dovoljno uh

Onda, jesi li sigurna da je to uopce i preko 100g uh-a? Smile

Što više radiš napamet, napravit ceš zbrku kada pocneš jesti "normalno". Prebacivanje na proteinsku hranu odlicno funkcionira na kratki rok jer vidiš trenutacne rezultate što nije ni cudno s obzirom na nacin kako ljudi jedu prije toga, ali neceš izdržati puno na tome, a nebi ni bilo dobro.

Odredit unos proteina, uh-a i što ostane, masti - do željenog kalorijskog unosa.

Vise sam pazila na proteine i kalorijski unos, nisam bas puno obracala pozornost na uh i masti

Ok, 100 grama proteina mi je minimalno, uglavnom je vise, jedem veliku konzervu tune, mislim 160 grama, u salatu ide kukuruz, grah i maslinovo ulje, a ako skuzim da mi fali kalorija pojacam si veceru i jedem cijela jaja jer ne volim bacati hranu

Ajmo ovako: ako unosiš toliko proteina i obroka znaci da imaš cca 20g proteina po obroku što je okvirno - 100 g tune ( i da, konzerva od 80g ima 50 g tune, ne 80, za svaki slucaj :)))), 100 g mesa, oko 150-200 g posnog, 2 cijela jaja + koji bjelanjak, mjerica wheya.....ako ovako jedeš skupiš oko 700 kcal....ako je šaka badema u pitanju to je ajmo rec 900....krumpira ne vjerujem da pojedeš puno pa cu zaokružit na 1000, ajde dam ti 100 kcal prednosti pa 1100 Big smile Ako brojiš povrce sve skupa ne vjerujem da prijedješ 100 kcal....1200...

Jelovnik nije identican nego slican, uglavnom se trudim imati 5 obroka i unositi 100 grama proteina na dan. A svaku skupinu misica radim 1 put tjedno po 5 serija, krenem s manjim tezinama 15 ponavljanja i zavrsim s 7-8 ponavljanja s vecim tezinama
