    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13281">kika1111</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6743<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2014 at 18:21<br /><br />Ejjjjj&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /><div>Javljam se da ne mislite da sam potpuno odustala&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /></div><div>U zadnjih par mjeseci se bavim kettlebellom i idem u subotu 27.09. na natjecanje u Bjelovar u disciplini long cycle sa tezinom od 16 kg.</div><div>Ne znam da li ima jos forumasa koji se bave s tim. Meni je zabavno i dobro mi je doslo preko ljeta kad nemam teretanu ali naravno da cu uskoro ukomponirati teretanu kad bude prilike, to ipak najvise volim.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div>]]>

Za ruke su ok, ali za noge su i više nego duplo manje. Mogu ja raditi duplo više ponavljanja ali nije mi to to. Zato sam razmišljala kako bi bilo kad bih ta 2 mjeseca išla na definiciju i onda od 3. mjeseca opet na masu kad se vratim u Zagreb. A možda bih se i ja malo bolje osjecala da skinem malo masti. Šta vi mislite o tome?&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div>]]>
