Hajde pogledaj malo po forumu kakve treninge ljudi rade. Definitivno previse vjezbi, a neke od njih su apsolutno beskorisne. S ovim treningom neces daleko dogurat. |

prijatelj mi je rekao da najprije radim na masi a onda da se radi na definiciji. Jel to u redu? jer sam tako radila mjesec dana i zaista sam uz upooran i jak rad dobila masu (sva se napuhala) ali sam se uplašila i stala tj. smanjila tempo i proteine.Da li sam pogriješila?

sve znam pravilno raditi,to je ok,ali imam osjecaj da mogu više,tijelo mi samo traži još i program mi je nedovoljan.Imam vježbe ovako-š-vi dan: arc treiner š5 min, i onda 2xš5 ove: prsa-chest press, prsa fly,biceps arm curl,leđa(zgibovi,široki hvat),leđa royw,triceps dip,triceps konop razvlacenje,ramena lateral fly,ramena potisak sa bucicama,leđa hiperextenzija,trbuh podizanjenogu,trbuh abdominal,arc trainer š5 min. 2-gidan: arc trein.š5 min,pa 2xpo š5: sprava za gluteus,leg extension,aduktor,iskorak,abduktor,cucanj na lopti,zadnja loža-sprava,listovi-podizanje na prste,leđa hiperextenzija,trbuuh podizanje nogu,trbuh abdominal i kraj-arc treiner š5 min. I to svaka dva dana ponavljam a idem 4 za redom pa dan odmora. što misliš?

Ajde ako nije frka napisi program treniranja, iako on nije na prvom mjestu sto se tice definicije. Trening moze bit skoro isti i na definiciji i na masi. Razlika mase i definicije je u prehrani. Preciznije ako hoces skidat kilazu trebas unijet manje kalorija nego sto ti je potrebno ( oko 300-500 kcal manje nego sto ti treba), Ako ides na masu tj. povecanje kilaze trebas biti u plusu sto se tice kalorija (300-500 kcal vise). |
