Ekipa,
da li pijete kada whey protein + mlijeko? Ovo znam popiti ponekad prije spavanja, ili ujutro kao dorucak uz zobene. što vi kažete o ovog kombinaciji.. ?? Znam da je prije spavanja bolje kazein, no mislim da i ovo nije loše. Edited by Zoki |

Ma zmiksaj ga s vodom i popi ko jogurt i to je gotovo za 5 sekundi, nebuš ga ni osjetio Tak ja radim jer ga isto
nemrem jest, je da je tekuci obrok opet, ali bolje i to neg da ga ne jedem.Ovak ide i po 2-3x dnevno ak treba |

Posni je delicija i kad si tako postaviš stvari u glavi, jedeš ga bez beda. Ne sjecam se tocno kad sam otupio na okus svježeg sira ali znam da ga vec zadnjih godina jedem najnormalnije i uživam pri tom, svježi svježi svježi!! svježi sir+rajcica, pa di ceš bolje |

Zato što ce bit bez hrane 7-8 sati. Dakle treba protein koji se nece probavit za 2-3 h nego duže. Posni sir, tj. kazein se probavlja neki 6-7 h, znaci posni je bolji izbor, il ako mu to ide na jetra neka kupi kazein u prahu i mješa ga s vodom. Mlijeko je zadnje što mu treba navecer zbog dizanja inzulina. |

ali whey je u krvi 4 sata nakon unosa plus ako je ektomorf i nije lactose intolerant.. ne vidim veliku štetu za ponekad uciniti, no da je za stalno dobro.. nije

Posni je delicija, al kad ga godinama jedeš nekoliko puta dnevno - okus malo dosadi. Istina je da nisam probao jesti posni u raznim kombinacijama.. To mi je sljedeci zadatak .. posni + kikiriki + malo jogurta = shake i takve stvari.. ![]() |

Whey se pije sa vodom i ima ga smisla piti u jutro i poslije treninga.
Prije spavanja je najbolje koristiti spore proteine (kazein) također sa vodom jer mlijeko nepotrebno diže inzulin što ne želimo prije spavanja. Znaci ili jesti posni sir (250g posnog, kikiriki, žlica lanenog ulja), ili kazein u prahu (najbolji omjer je 20% whey, 80% kazein). |
