 To je isto kao ona prica, nitko u teretani ne radi mrtvo dizanje neg rade hiperekstenziju, kao dovoljna im je da razjacaju posterior chain ![]() ![]() Neznam, meni je giljotina bolja od kosog bencha, manje mi pogodi rame a više prsa ![]()  |
