Sumnjam da itko osim profi gimnasticara može odguglati Barbaru kak spada, mislim svaka cast ekipi s videa posebno curi naklon do poda, no 12 prikazanih minuta ne vidi se ni petina odradjenih vježbi Confused, a vec u drugom krugu oboje su riknuli, a di je to od pete runde...
Osim toga zar pravilni zgibovi ne bi trebali ici bez trzaja i pomoci nogu ovak to smrdi na lažiranje.
 
I da sumiramo; u 20 i sitno minuta treba pravilno zvrtiti:
100 zgibova
150 sklekova
200 trbušnjaka
250 cucnjeva
----------------
sveukupni rezultat; cista 0 za 99.999999% smrtnika Tongue

jel bi mogli staviti još neke cross fit programe a da se ne mora trcati (jer sam ozlijeden pa nemrem trcat)

Kelly, za klince iz nizih razreda osnovne, Barbara, nije lose al trebalo bi min 15-20 serija. Nicole nije lose produzit vrijeme na min pol sata i ubacit sklekove. zakljucak , zgibovi i skelkovi carske vjezbe ali ispod 15 serija do otkaza nemaju nikakve svrhe
