Pozdrav svima.................
Ne razumijem program vježbi za mišicnu masu koji je napisan ovdje na fitness.hr-u. Zar sve ono (i prsa i leđa i tricepse i bicepse) odraditi u jednom danu tj. u jednom satu kako je napisano prije i to uz onoliko razliciti vježbi. I jeli se ono "superset š,2,3..." treba sve odradit ili izabrati......
I baš pokušavam dobit masu ali ovaj program mi nije shvatljiv pa ako netko može pomoci..............................hvala!!!!!!!!!
