Zar sve ono (i prsa i leđa i tricepse i bicepse) odraditi u jednom danu tj. u jednom satu kako je napisano prije i to uz onoliko razliciti vježbi. I jeli se ono "superset š,2,3..." treba sve odradit ili izabrati......<br />I baš pokušavam dobit masu ali ovaj program mi nije shvatljiv pa ako netko može pomoci..............................hvala!!!!!!!!!]]>
