sto mislite jel treba trenirati prednji goljenicni misic (tibialis anterior)?

Bas danas mi je trening za noge :)
listovi su mi katastrofalni, noge opcenito (glupa genetika), ali dam si truda :) nejdem u teretanu radim doma... ovak mi izgleda trening za listove (svaki puta ih radim ovak kada mi je dan za noge)
btw neznam kak se vjezbe strucno zove

1.u sjedecem polozaju stavim sipku sa utezima (40kg vise nemam :)) na koljena, prste na povise i dok sjedim dizem tezinu prstima 4x20

2.ustanem uzmem bucicu od 10kg stanem prstima na poviseno i dizem se na jednoj nozi na prste 4x15 lijeva i desna noga

3.vratim utege na sipku nazad 30kg, sipku dignem iza glave stanem na poviseno sa obje noge i dizem se na prste 4x20

i onda dalje trening nogu.....

stime da i 2 puta tjedno trcim kaj isto pali listove... i preskacem sajlu, ne tako cesto ali kada ulovim vremena odem van skakutat

i nakon toga svega frend na kosu me zajebava opet si ostavio listove doma u ladici xD eto ako ko ima jos kakvu vjezbicu, slobodno neka mi napise... poz

moze neko dat svoje misljenje, jel se vrijedi vjezbati ovaj misic?

Imam dosta jadne listove... hteo bih i povecati... koke vezbe da radim koliko serija i ponavljanja? Idem u teretanu svaki dan, petkom inace radim noge.. ako moze neka mi neko pomogne. Unapred hvala! Moze i pomoc na e-mail [email protected]
