    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=18267">Ros</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3490<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 13:05<br /><br />Bas danas mi je trening za noge :)<br />listovi su mi katastrofalni, noge opcenito (glupa genetika), ali dam si truda :) nejdem u teretanu radim doma... ovak mi izgleda trening za listove (svaki puta ih radim ovak kada mi je dan za noge) <br />btw neznam kak se vjezbe strucno zove <br /><br />1.u sjedecem polozaju stavim sipku sa utezima (40kg vise nemam :)) na koljena, prste na povise i dok sjedim dizem tezinu prstima 4x20<br /><br />2.ustanem uzmem bucicu od 10kg stanem prstima na poviseno i dizem se na jednoj nozi na prste 4x15 lijeva i desna noga<br /><br />3.vratim utege na sipku nazad 30kg, sipku dignem iza glave stanem na poviseno sa obje noge i dizem se na prste 4x20<br /><br />i onda dalje trening nogu.....<br /><br />stime da i 2 puta tjedno trcim kaj isto pali listove... i preskacem sajlu, ne tako cesto ali kada ulovim vremena odem van skakutat<br /><br />i nakon toga svega frend na kosu me zajebava opet si ostavio listove doma u ladici xD eto ako ko ima jos kakvu vjezbicu, slobodno neka mi napise... poz]]>
