jel mi može netko neš preporuciti nešto (nezz ni sam šta) htio bi dobit loma plocice i to pa kako najbrže ih dobit? hvala

Evo ti neke vježbe za trbušnjake na youtoub-u... Nemoj raditi one "klasicne" trbušnjake pošto nemaju toliko efekta... Ja bi ti preporucio da kreneš  teretanu pošto vježbom gornjeg djela tjela dobijaš plocice...

ovaaaj idem u teretanu nekih 4 tjedna i sad se malo uhodo,, i sad se poceo ubijat treninzima,, baš dođem mrtav doma    hvala na vježbama

prehrana i cardio, za dobit plocice... trbusnjaci su vise za ciljano povecanje misica. najbolji trbusnjaci se dobijaju vilicom i nozem..
@thorn, pa ti da hoces imat plocice ti bi ih imao

Bravo, upravo to  direktne izolacije za trbuh su korisne za ciljano povecanje trbušnjaka, znaci da bi ih se ojacalo.

Hehe ono je bila šala dakako jer možeš se ti ubijat kolko hoceš na treningu ak prehrana nije na tvojoj strani
