Zdravo, 
Zanima me kako je najbolje piti proteine ? pojest napraviti trening pa popiti ili obrnuto ? ili pak neka 3 kombinacija ? ja prvo pojedem napravim trening i onda popijem..

Pa prvo trening, pa zaliješ whey odma poslije treninga, i onda jedeš proteinski obrok( jaja , sir itd)..

Problem je sto kad popijem, napuhne me pa ne mogu jest 2sata 2 i pol..

Pa uzmi poslje vježbe sa vodom, jer ti se odma absorbira, a sa mlijekom ti se rasteže u nebesa, tako da baš i nema dobre svrhe

Ja isto nakon shakea ogladnim... a ako te napuhuje, ili je do mlijeka ili do wheya, jer skoro svi whey proteini sadrze laktozu, a ako je netko bas alergican, moze isto imati problema
