Imam jedno zanimljivo ali za neke vjerovatno poglupo pitanje a ono je:je li bolje raditi recimo 200-300 sklekova obicnih(uskih)ili 50-100 recimo hindu(i ostalih)?

razliciti sklekovi pogadjaju arzlicite mišice, najbolje je radit razne sklekove za razlicite mišice (gornja i donja prsa, triceps, ramena...)

najbolje ti je kombinirati sve te varijante sklekova zajedno. triceps radi u oba slucaja, hindu ima više utjecaja na ramena, ali i na cijelo tijelo i efektivniji su ako ih izvodiš sporije. a koliko ponavljanja - što više možeš i onda još 3-4 za kraj

Budi kreativan i radi razno razne kombinacije sklekova. Radi pravilno i ne prebrzo. Pod pravilno mislim da radiš puni pokret i da ti se guzica i trup ne mrda, noge i trup su nepomicne i predstavljaju dasku.

A o broju ponavljanja ovisi kako radiš sklekove radi ih pravilno i dok ti ruke ne otpadnu :)

Možeš i uvesti i piramide. Tipa radiš 1 sklek pa mali odmor, pa napraviš 2 skleka, pa mali odmor pa 3 i tako do 10 ili koliko vec i nazad iako vjerujem da kad dodješ do 10 ce ti ruke vec otpadati :D
