Radi pravilno i ne prebrzo. Pod pravilno mislim da radiš puni pokret i da ti se guzica i trup ne mrda, noge i trup su nepomicne i predstavljaju dasku.<br><br>A o broju ponavljanja ovisi kako radiš sklekove radi ih pravilno i dok ti ruke ne otpadnu :)<br><br>Možeš i uvesti i piramide. Tipa radiš 1 sklek pa mali odmor, pa napraviš 2 skleka, pa mali odmor pa 3 i tako do 10 ili koliko vec i nazad iako vjerujem da kad dodješ do 10 ce ti ruke vec otpadati :D<br>]]>
