Uz taj whey u teretani obavezno treba ici i neki izvor UH-a, u suprotnom, kak Thorn kaže, taj whey ce završiti kao skupi šecer, tj. poslužit ce za punjenje glikogena što nije cilj wheya ;) |

mislim da mi taj secer radi pizd... od tena..pobat cu malo bez da vidim jel on krivac
![]() znaci mogu struskat shake i nesto s visokim gi odmah nakon treninga i za jedno šh mogu posni s nekim mastima najbolje bi mi odgovarali badem jel ovako sad dobro? |

Znam da to ne mislis , u tome i je stvar.....
Gle ja sad malo generaliziram prema onom kaj svaki dan vidimo na jelovnicima koje vecina zena posta ovdje...tak da ak tvoj nije takav (ne subjektivno) velim ispricavam se... Jok, Mini, poslje treninga whey sa gržđanim/grožđicama ili tim slancem ako bas ne zelis grožđani iz nekog razloga (neznam, neko je spomenuo pogorsanje tena radi njega, mozda ti, neda mi se kopat sad unazad) A nakon toga posni i neke masti, nikako slanac ili kruh ili nekaj sa visokim GI indexom.... sir i izvor masti neki za zadnji obrok.... |

hmm mislim da nejedem premalo..
ako odmah poslje treninga popijem whey sa vodom i recimo nakon sat vremena pojedem posni i slanac ili kruha fetu bil to bilo idealno recimo??? i za pol sata spavanje |
