ok.. znaci tebi ionako treba porast tezine kao sto si napisao.. znaci prehranu moras srediti po programu za dobivanje misicne mase.. to nadji malo po netu.. ali nema previse filozofije.. samo jedi..

Vjezbas misice 3 puta tjedno.. sa jednim danom odmora izmedju vjezbi.. radi svaku vjezbu 3 serije po 8 ponavljanja

Pon: (prsa,triceps)
     
     ravni sklekovi
     kosi sklekovi (noge podignute na krevet)
     dips (izmedju 2 stolice) (pogledaj malo na netu)
     

     triceps ekstenzija bucicom u lezecem polozaju
     kickback
     dipsevi s potporom na klupici

Srijeda: (leđa,biceps)

        uski zgibovi
        siroki zgibovi
        leđnjaci

        biceps pregib bucicama
        hammer pregib bucicama

Petak: (noge,ramena)

       cucnjevi
       iskorak s utezima
       poskoci u cucnju

       Arnoldov potisak
       predrucenje bucicama
       lateralno odrucenje bucicama
       

To bi bilo to za pocetak.. nemas bas utega pa ti je tesko vjezbati..

Gogo što se onih utega od 3 i 5 kg tice...bilo bi dobro ako si možeš nabavit onaj komplet utega, odnosno više težina koje slažeš na šipku - od ovoga nikakve koristi, ja trenutno radim sa ovima od 5 kg, mislim da je to dovoljno rec

  hvala ti davore...za pocetak cu raditi s ovim sto imam,dok se malo ne razradim...onda cu naci vece utege

imam malo nerazjasnjeni pojmova ovih vjezbi sto si mi napisao ali to cu naci na forumu ako ima i li netu,
