a vi ste daleko sad otisli,ugl,procita sam da bi trebao oko š000 kcal na dan unijeti,e sad,gleda sam malo tablice i to je jako malo,volio bi da mogu naci neki popis prehrane,tocno odredeno sto i kako jer tesko da cu sam to napravit,treba paziti na kolicinu proteina u obroku,broju obroka,kalorijama itd itd... :/
