ovde jos nikom nije jasno koliko se ne razumijem u ove izraze, po tom sam katastrofa ali ucim pomalo.
glikogen, odmah trazim !heh

mislim da u ljekarni omega 3 masne kiseline oko š00 kuna dodju š00 komada tako nesto, meni prijatelj ih koristi svaki dan jednu gucne, kaze da mu se koža cak poboljšala i sve ostalo.

neka neka dino, svi smo ucili i ucimo pomalo :) sad ceš nam za domacu zadacu rec što si naucio o glikogenu

jos 2 tjedna na programu prsa-triceps, ledja-biceps, noge-ramena.. i onda prelazim na kruzni pa cemo vidjet rezultate..

i koliko dnevno tableta je dovoljno popiti??ako sam reducirao UH na 50g dnevno..

koliko možeš, bez obzira na UH, možeš sve do 30 ( š80 EPA / š20 DHA) ovisno o koncentraciji ;)

a necu se ja pretrpavat.. pokusavam sto manje unosit tablete i preparate sada.. samo whey, dekstroza i vitamini.. mozda sada ubacim i Ca-Zn-Mg.

Thorn znaci li to da bih mogao dobiti definicju da dižem max po 3 puta a da izbacim UH??

Ne citaš nas dobro kolega.Nema razlike u treningu. Iako i dalje postoji mit da je više ponavljanja s manjom kilažom za defku, a manji broj sa vecom kilažom za masu, tome nema mjesta kod defke i mase. ako radiš masu po nekom programu, odradi je kako spada, a kad kreneš na definiciju ne spuštaj težine, odnosno ostavi isti trening, samo ubaci više kardia i sredi prehranu (smanji uh), ok?
