Iako i dalje postoji mit da je više ponavljanja s manjom kilažom za defku, a manji broj sa vecom kilažom za masu, tome nema mjesta kod defke i mase. Eventualni pad težina na defki može bit zbog smanjenog kalorijskog unosa i izbacivanja UH-a cime se sprjecava preopterecenje kako ne bi došlo do ozljeda.Najveci dio defke/mase je u kuhinji, dok je u teretani dok vježbaš s utezima mišicu tako svejedno jel ga gađaš sa š00x8, 70xš5 il š30x3 na cucnju recimo jer mišic samo zna jel se opustio ili se skratio/kontrahirao, on ne zna jel to kilaža i broj ponavljanja za defku il masu.<img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></td></tr></table> <br /><br /><br />Daj mi pojasni ovo...<br />]]>
