Procitaj sastav pa vidi dal ti odgovara, ali samo rokaj,
nebuš puno ni dobil il zgubil ak sad picajzliš oko tog
kruha, bitno je da jedeš kroz dan onak kak je napisano i da
si tu prehranu posložiš u globalu tako, kasnije su finese i
sa iskustvom ceš si dodavat, oduzimat kaj ti treba.

Poceo sam uzimati poslije treninga sa Whey proteinima i glukozu, dali je dosta 3 žlice?

Koliko uzeti dnevno kapsula omega ribljeg ulja(Belupo)?

  glukoze ide oko 50-60g.. neki kazu da je to cak minimum..

Ovisno koliko je jak trening bio..

Žlica ne može biti standardizirana mjera buduci da nisu sve žlice iste velicine. Izvaži na kuhinjskoj vagi (0.75 x tjelesna težina) - ako ju nemaš, priušti si jednu, imaš ih povoljno po supermarketima do max š00kn.
