Hodajuci iskorak šipkom - ne da cec osjetiti guzove nego ceš proklinjati svako ustajanje, sjedanje i opcenito kretanje naredna 2, 3 dana.
Također dobra stvar za guzu su klasicni cucnjevi (uži stav) i box cucnjevi. |
