E ovo sto sam podebljao je uglavnom prisutno. Jer sad da na faksu izvadis posudu i jedes meso s rizom, odmah dolazi š00 pitanja i komentara sa strane. Ovisi ko je koliko odlucan u svom programu mrsavljenja/debljanja. |

Davore ne treba tu nova tema nego novi pogled na sebe i svijet oko sebe. Onaj koji ceka da mu drugi prostre stol da može jesti neka slobodno odustane od ovoga. 90% stvari koje su ovdje napisane u jelovnicima se mogu nositi u prijenosim posudama ili kupiti u nekoj bližoj trgovini. Pitanje je samo koliko je nekom to neugodno i koliko ima volje za tako necim.

I ja sam na faksu tako da kuzim o cemu je rijec. Ali za sve ima rijesenje. Kupis si svjezi sir i jedes ga u skoli, ili mozes tunu pojest. Kupi si proteine pa njih smjesaj i imaj u torbi. Uzmi jogurt od pola litre, i to je dobar izvor proteina te zdrav. Ako imas volje nesto speci, eto ti odlican recept za proteinske plocice koje mozes nosit u skolu: Proteinske plocice |

Ej ljudi!
Nova sam ovdje, baš kao i u teretani. Problem je u tome što nikako ne mogu jesti 5 puta dnevno, u praksi. U teoriji bi išlo, ali praksa nikako. Polovica dana mi ode na školu i da ne okolišam, ne znam što bih mogla jesti u školi, a da nije prebogato ugljikohidratima, a da opet ima proteina? Zahvaljujem. |

zobene+whey 2 sendvica pire krompir,teletina+salata zelena+cokoladno mlijeko i malo kruha oko škg mandarina 3 jajeta+patlidan+ posni sir za poslije ceka whey+orahi i pred spavanje posni opet |
