Zašto bi to uopce želio napraviti?
Nakon dobro odrađenog treninga u teretani nekak nebi imao niti snage ni volje za pošteni HIIT.......

Bas to.. ako si na masi..3-4 treninga s utezima, nikakav kardio, hrana kvalitetna i to je to ;))

ali, ja ne vježbam samo u teretani, niti mi je cilj samo BB. Bavim se sa još dosta sportova koje ne želim izbaciti, a i bitna mi je i izdržljivost i kondicija. Više nego cisto nabijanje mase... A ovdje sam pisao o postu o "g-flux" koji je Iluvator stavio..

Neznam samo kako od "a" uvjek vidite "o" pa budem IluvatOr :P

Uvjek pokušavaj treninge što više odvajati, tipa jedan ujutro, jedan navecer

Ahaa, nisam vidio link , nije ti ga kopirao u citatu.........tak da necu tvrditi ništa.
Nisam procitao o cemu se radi, pa neznam dal se spominju i utezi i HIIT zajedno iako znam da taj pristup ako se ne varam zahtjeva debeli kalorijski unos, tak da bi morao to podebljati onda prilicno........

Mislim da sama teretana i svi tvoji sportovi van teretane u i vec više nego dovoljno aktivnosti da bi zahtjevalo ikakav HIIT , posebno ne nakon teretane..........

da, baš o tome smo i razgovarali, to mi je i bila osnovna želja. Premalo se bavim sa određenim sportom ukoliko se zadržavam na š treningu dnevno...

pokušao sam prilagoditi program što više ovome, naravno koliko sam imao slobodnog vremena, i jucer odradio prvih tjedan dana. 
što reci, povecao sam unos kalorija za oko 500 kalorija dnevno, i na kraju tjedna je vaga ostala na istome, CNS nije toliko stradao, a cak niti umor ne osjecam više nego inace. Tako da, nastavit cu još par tjedana tako s tim da cu dici još malo kalorija, u svrhu dobivanja barem 2 kile kroz iducih mjesec dana...

trening:

ponedjeljak:
popodne: prsa + leđa + ramena
navecer: HIIT
utorak: 
popodne: noge + ruke + trbuh
navecer: cardio
srijeda: off
cetvrtak:  
popodne: prsa + leđa + ramena
navecer: HIIT
petak: 
popodne: noge + ruke + trbuh
navecer: cardio
subota: 
popodne: fullbody na karikama,
navecer: cardio lagani 
nedjelja: bic 50 km kuca-sljeme-kuca

A ujutro nemaš vremena za HIIT? Pretpostavljam da ne, rijetki imaju :) ....po meni bi idealno bilo HIIT stavit ujutro, a onda popodne gym...ili ako vec misliš radit kardio navecer onda možda bolje neka LI verzija, onako, nije toliko zahtjevna pa je malo bolji izbor što se oporavka tice ako je vec neki jaci trening prije...mislim da je neki ok razmak nekih 6h...znaci tu si negdje, samo je pitanje koliko te taj HIIT iscrpi tako kasno i još nakon gyma.....ja bi ga skoro onda nakon treninga odradila ako vec nemaš vremena ujutro ranije..ovisi koliko ti je trening intezivan i koliko traje..

..ili taj HIIT pustit za dane između gyma, a u dane treninga radit LI navecer, to mi je još i bolja verzija.. samo što ti baš nemaš prostora za to Big smile Ne smeta ti ovaj HIIT prije treninga nogu slijedeci dan?

mislim da HIIT ujutro treba što više izbjegavati. Ako ga radiš na prazan želudac, dolazi do prevelikoga katabolizma., s druge strane ako jedeš prije, tada oduzima previše vremena pauza nakon dorucka do HIIT-a...

iscrpi me HIIT, naravno, ali to mu i je namjena, ali ne toliko da ne mogu odraditi noge dan poslije. Jedino mislim da ne bi mogao HIIT odraditi nakon treninga nogu, zato i radim lagani cardio

Nisam mislila na HIIT natašte ;) A što se pauze tice..ovisi na koliku pauzu misliš...meni ne oduzima previše vremena ali sve je to relativno jer ga ja imam :)

kak ne, ak jedem moram pricekati bar sat vremena prije HIITa, a to bi znacilo buditi se 2 sata ranije... khmm, nekako mi to nije opcija :)
