Stvar je da imamsamo lat i smith mašinu i pokušavam napraviti kombinaciju vježbi kojom bi dobiomaksimalni učinak.<br>Obično radim prednji lat, potisak s ispruženim rukama na lat, potisak na smithi kosi potisak na smith. Sve 2x8, 3 puta prođem cijelu rutinu po treningu. <br>Ako netko ima savjet da ubacim neke vježbe ili radim nešto drugačije? Dosad sam napredovao dosta dobro, najviše zbog dobre prehrane pune proteina. Dosad sam imao uglavnom 5 obroka na dan i to u 7 ujutro dorucak, pa oko 11 medjuobrok, u 15 rucak, u 19 vecera i u 22 ponovno ono što sam jeo za dorucak. Medjutim, sada sam promijenio posao zbog cega sam bio prisiljen promjeniti raspored obroka, te izbaciti jedan obrok iz rutine.<div><br></div><div>Sada doruckujem u 8 ujutro, rucam oko 13 sati pa idem na posao. Veceru imam tek oko 20 sati, i onda u 23 još jedan laganiji obrok kao što su žitarice, mlijeko i sl. Zanima me dali ce previše utjecati na rast mišicne mase ta pauza izmedju 13 i 20 sati, iako ukupno u cijelom danu unesem jednako kalorija i proteina kao i prije?</div>]]>

Meni je to naprosto nemoguce, jer ja znam i ledja od 1.5 do 2 sata radit, pa jedino ako bi trening trajao 4 sata, a da umor i ne spominjemo...     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3235<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 10:56<br /><br />bok, sorry ako prekidam raspravu al ubacit cu pitanje ovdje da ne otvaram novi thread:<br /><br />može li se paralelno raditi na snazi nogu i ledja i na povecanju mase gornjeg dijela tijela (procitao sam da se brojem ponavljanja do 5 po seriji podiže snaga ako su težine dovoljno velike a od 6-8 se radi na masi) pa ako se uz to pravilno hranim mogu li povecati donji dio tijela a samo osnažiti donji (inace bi ja pumpao noge ko mutav ali ne mogu ni jedne hlace kupiti bez da su mi preogromne oko struka a preuske oko butina)<br /><br />inace radim bodyweight vježbe imam 185cm i cca 85kg radio bi 4 treninga tjedno (upper/lower), tko mi sad kaže da sa tjelesnom težinom ne ide masa dokazat cu mu suprotno ali to je za drugu temu.<br /><br />samo da napomenem da je prehrana sredjena maksimalno s obzirom na financijsko stanje (jedino još mogu potegnut u džep pa neki whey kupit i to sam se vec raspitivao na drugoj temi)<br /><br />mišljenja, savjeti?<br /><br />hvala vam, pozz]]>
