Gle gajba, ako hoces drasticno smrsat riza, krumpir i tjestenina nisu bas najpozeljniji. Ne smijes se krkat kao kad radis na masi. UH valja srezat.

Ja se djelomicno slažem sa gajbompive.

Dakle, ako se radi o integralnoj tjestenini i integralnoj
riži, u nekoj MALOJ kolicini, zašto ne?

Ja sam trenutno na režimu, pa mi je 50g (sirove, znaci
kuhane oko š50g) integralne riže za rucak - obavezna
stavka.

Ali to je za cijeli dan to.
Ostalo su proteini i povrce.

I to funkcionira zaista.

  Najbolje je tako jesti.. ja isto dnevno oko 50g rize, i 3x tjedno dextroza i to je to.. jedino tako masnoca pada..

Teško bez masti u prehrani, a koliko vidim ona nije navela izvore masnoca tak da bez toga, to nije keto.

Ne moraju ih SVI srezat. Postoje tempiranja, postoje cikliranja, postoji umjereni unos uh-a...i onda neka drasticna srezavanja kao zadnji obracun :)

Puno tu ovisi o pojedincu tako da to treba uzet u obzir...neki sretnici ce samo morat poradit na jacim treninzima..

Funkcionira sigurno, nije ni teško zakljucit zašto ali...kako to izdržavaš? :)

Gledaj Davore...endomorfi definitivno moraju pazit na uh ..ALI nisu ni svi endomorfi jednaki! Mnogi ce cisto dobro reagirat na malo smanjen unos uh-a, tempiranje, cikliranje...i uz to na što više treninga, odnosno kretanja opcenito.

Po ovom tvom bi ispalo da je jedan brižan endomorf vjecno osuđen na 50 g riže u rucku da bi izgledao dobro a to je smiješno, pa ko bi normalan tako stalno jeo?

Taj minimum UH-a u prehrani je ok na kratke staze, kad ništa drugo ne upali, kad se dođe do plafona, pred natjecanje, za one zadnje tvrdoglave naslage....ali sve ostalo se kod velike vecine može riješit i obicnim tempiranjem i dobrim treningom. Tek kad netko vidi da uz sve tip top sređeno ništa ne ide, onda se može probat s tim drasticnim rezanjem...
