Mislim da to što ne netko student nema nikakve veze s tim što se ne hrani zdravo, svatko bi si mogao onda naci izgovor. S istom lovom se može i nešto kvalitetno pojesti i to je samo izgovor za nedovoljno jaku želju. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P><P>eto, od mene za pocetak. :)</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4477">Tonkaa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 886<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2010 at 10:35<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;citam sve ovo i jako sam zbunjena...</P><P>Godinama se mucim s kilama, ali od kada sam rodila prije 3 godine moje je tijelo tromo, metabolizam spor...</P><P>Na prehranu pazim od kada sam otišla od roditeljske kuce, kupujem iskljucivo "zdrave" namirnice, sve kuham na maslinovom ulju, jedemo integralnu tjesteninu, integralnu rižu, pilece i purece meso (bolognese sam i prije š0 godina radila od mljevenog&nbsp;pureceg zabatka, tada ga nije bilo za kupiti pa sam ga sama usitnjavala), riba, voce...</P><P>A kile? Tu su i ne idu dole.</P><P>Sobni bicikl je nažalost moja jedina moguca fizicka aktivnost zbog djeteta (nemam vremena za teretane, crobike...)</P><P>Imam temelje ali ocito ne znam to sve upotrijebiti na pravi nacin.<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"></P><P>Uvijek me zbunjivalo kada smijem kruh, kada voce, kada meso, kada kada kada...</P><P>Vidim da tu ima puno ljudi koji ocito o prehrani znaju jako puno i iskreno, zavidim vam na&nbsp; tome.</P><P>Ako me možete malo uputiti i pomoci mi, bila bi vam jaaaaakoooo zahvalna.<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"></P><P>Inace visoka sam š73 i 80 kila...<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"></P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>

I reci mi, koliko dugo&nbsp;misliš tako jest?</P><P>Gledaj Davore...endomorfi definitivno moraju pazit na uh ..ALI nisu ni svi endomorfi jednaki! Mnogi ce cisto dobro reagirat na malo&nbsp;smanjen unos uh-a, tempiranje, cikliranje...i uz to na što više treninga, odnosno kretanja opcenito.</P><P>Po ovom tvom bi ispalo da je jedan brižan endomorf vjecno osuđen na 50 g riže u rucku da bi izgledao dobro a to je smiješno, pa ko bi normalan tako stalno jeo?</P><P>Taj minimum UH-a u prehrani je ok na kratke staze, kad ništa drugo ne upali, kad se dođe do plafona, pred natjecanje, za one zadnje tvrdoglave naslage....ali sve ostalo se kod velike vecine&nbsp;može riješit i obicnim tempiranjem i dobrim treningom. Tek kad netko vidi da uz sve tip top sređeno ništa ne ide, onda se može probat s tim drasticnim rezanjem...</P>]]>
