  Ja kada sprintam, mene vec š0,š2 sprinteva unisti.. nadjem si š00m blage uzbrdice i sprint po njoj, a hodanje natrag.. i tako š0-ak puta i to bome traje š0-š5min..

ma hiit kao oblik treninga je prezakon..samo ne valja pretjerat..a i dobro je kaj se može radit na svim cardio oblicima treninga-dakle trcanje,steper,bicikl..
Ja u zadnje vrijeme doma na steperu nekih š5 min super je,a i strašno podiže kondiciju s vremenom

zapocela hiit sa vijacom, prije dva dana javim rezultate nakon mjesec dana. inace, trening baš kako ja volim, ubijem se u š0, š5 min, i mir.

Trcanje uzbrdo-nizbrdo je nešto najgore što covjek sebi može zaželiti za zglobove noga, pogotovo za koljena.
To je smrt najveca.

Uh no, no, no.... Nije i to trening za jutro - ma bez energije (što ti ujutro definitivno fali) ne možeš ga pravilno ni odraditi. Radije odradi pola h cardio niskog intenziteta.

baš sam citala malo po netu, neki preporucuju ujutro, neki popodne. ja ga radim popodne i tako cu ga i raditi, ne pada mi na pamet ujutro na prazan želudac raditi HIIT, kljoknula bi u nesvijest.

A te preporuke su toliko debilne da to nije za vjerovat, pogotovo kad uzmeš u obzir da svi pricaju o trcanju, jogingu, teretani i slicnom..a nitko da uzme u obzir npr. šetnju il brži hod pa bi onda bilo jasno onima koji citaju

kako to misliš? ja sam za hiit našla kad sam tražila, i tu, na forumu teretana, da se radi popodne. i još na nekim stranicama. i onda mi cura kaže da je zbunjena, jer je našla negdje da se radi ujutro natašte, a negdje da se radi popodne. i onda stvarno nađem po drugim forumima i stanicama da jedni tupe da se hiit radi ujutro na prazno.
