   <title>HIIT  rezultati : Po mom misljenju, a onako kako...</title>

Tj. ja radim sprinteve, al nikad ne radim sa 100% snage i 100% brzine, jer se ipak mjenjanjem intervala srce znatno mora prilagodjavati razlicitim intenzitetima... Kod sebe sam primjetio par puta neke cudne otkucaje kad tako naglo mjenjam- bio kod kardiologa, sve je u najboljem redu i upravo mi je on rekao da nije bas idealno raditi ful maksimalne sprinteve i onda lagano vec postupno i s prelazima mjenjati intenzitete... sve je potpuno normalno kad radim umjereno i&nbsp; s osjecajem. Vidio sam neke ljude koji rade HIIT tako sto udare ful sprint da im se zamanta i onda naglo stanu i minutu sasvim lagano hodaju... Po meni losija varijanta...<br>Kako je to kod vas ?<br>]]>
