 ako se stavi neki pristojan otpor onda nije uopce loš, dapace, ali u protivnom se više radi o zamahu...

ja se zagrijavam na njemu i da se dobro izmorit, no osobno više preferiram biciklu

Ja nekako opet smatram da je orbitrek bolji, što naravno ne znaci i draži

Ja isto mislim da je orbitrek bolji jer ipak koliko-toliko radi cijelo tijelo dok na biciklu sjedis i vrtis...tj. ono pogodis noge i malo trbusne za bicikliranje...

Bila je emisija u Oprah o tim crnkinjama kojima caša, doslovno, stoji na guzi, ali  - morat cu te razocarati - to je zato što crnci na gluteusu imaju mišic više od bjelaca, tako da, ništa od crnacke guze.....

Je, a kad ne živiš na moru, a iz bazena još nisi izašao bez nekih ginekoloških problema...? Plivanje je super, ali meni i ne baš tako dostupno.

  I da - meni je steper, ali kad ga smisleno radiš, fenomenalan za guzu! Ponekad se toliko konc. da stisnem guzu, da zaboravim da je o kardiu rijec

Zato - zategnuti mišice guze i gaziti petama po steperu!
