Ima li nacina za rad na listovima za mene. Naime imam genetski problem fali mi hrskavica na MTP zglobu (palac noge) i bilo kakvo podizanje na prste (kretnja palca prema gore u odnosu na stopalo) je onemogucena neizdrzivim bolovima i manjkom mobilnosti. U zivotu mi ne smeta jer ne trcim i u biti osim nakon dogih setnji nemam poteskoca pa ne idem pod noz. Medjutim u teretani mi je onemogucen rad na listovima isto kao i iskoraci buduci da straznja noga savija prste.
