pozdrav...evo imam jedno pitanje,posto bih zeljela dobiti jos neka 2 kg pocela sam malo vise jesti i malo jace vjezbati,posto mi je prehrana sredena imam pitanje oko treninga...jeli bolje trenirat 2 puta na tjedan(full body 35-40 min + zagrijavanje i istezanje nekih sat vremena) pa da mi misici imaj vise vremaena za opravak i rast-npr pon i cet ili uto i pet..sto mi savjetujete...?

2xtjedno mozes full body ili jedan dan gornji a drugi donji dio tijela.

A jel bih trebala ubacit kakav kardio ili je svakonevna setnja dovoljna(brzo hodanje nekih sat vremena dnevno,5 puta na tjedan

Pa ono 5-10min zagrijavanja a onda vjezbe slobodnim utezima(cucnjevi,iskoraci,magareci udarci)skekovi(muski/zenski),plank 30 sec(obicni,bocni),i onda istezanje nekih 5-10 min..svaku vjezbu radim 10 puta i kad zavrsim puni krug,znaci sve vjezbe opet ponovim tak da imam 2 vece serije...valja li tako il treba mijenjat

pa sklekovi body weight a ovo ostalo s bucicama 3-5 kg..trenutno vjezbam kuci a to je sve sto imam

i skužim da sam na advanced programu,i da to odradjujem s lakocom
pa koja sam ja zvijer??!!
