Imam 16 god i vježbam kod kuce sam godinu dana,rezultati su vidljivi, ali me zanima vaše mišljenje,jel bolje radit 30 trbušnjaka i 30 sklekova po 3 serije i dizat utuge od 12 i pol kila po 12 puta isto po 3 serije,ili da radim više serija i manje ponavljanja.Išao sam u teretanu oko 3 mj. i onda sam prestao jer nisam bio u mogucnosti,jer se nalazim u školsom domu.Još me nešto zanima,jel prerano da vjezbam u bencu?< ="text/" ="" ="/B1D671CF-E532-4481-99AA-19F420D90332etdefender/huidhui.js?0=0&0=0&0=0">

stavi uteg od 12ipol kila u torbu na leda I radi 3 puta po 30 sklekova. sa istim utegom. radi I trbusnjake.kad ti postane prelagano kupi veci uteg. pozdrav
