    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11224">kranjec212</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5987<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2012 at 21:20<br /><br />Imam 16 god i vježbam kod kuce sam godinu dana,rezultati su vidljivi, ali me zanima vaše mišljenje,jel bolje radit 30 trbušnjaka i 30 sklekova po 3 serije i dizat utuge od 12 i pol kila po 12 puta isto po 3 serije,ili da radim više serija i manje ponavljanja.Išao sam u teretanu oko 3 mj. i onda sam prestao jer nisam bio u mogucnosti,jer se nalazim u školsom domu.Još me nešto zanima,jel prerano da vjezbam u bencu?< ="text/" ="" ="/B1D671CF-E532-4481-99AA-19F420D90332etdefender/huidhui.js?0=0&amp;0=0&amp;0=0"><div id="isChromeWebToolbarDiv" style="display:n&#111;ne"></div>]]>
