Poštovani fitnessovci,

Htio bi nabaciti malo više mase, malo se otopiti, pa planiram imati trening 2 puta na dan, srijedom i nedjeljom pauziram.

Ima li 'ko prijedlog treninga, plan, bilo šta, savjet, kako sprijeciti stanje pretreniranosti!?

Em nemožeš baš u isto vrijeme i topiti i graditi mišice em ti za masu nikako nece pomoci 2 treninga dnevno

Nikako nisam upucen u dva treninga dnevno, pa molim da mi malo obrazložite. Znam da glumacka elita prije snimanja neke akcije ima takve opake treninge, pa i profesionalci, borci, pa i naš cro cop :)

Recimo, i nikad se ne radi o dva treninga utezima, a ti niti nemaš genetiku profesionalca, niti trenera, prehranu i suplementaciju par desetaka milijuna vrijednog glumca, bez uvrede ;)
